SavvyDivvy is a budgeting and bill-splitting calculation tool designed to help individuals, roommates, and groups track shared costs and calculate running balances. SavvyDivvy is not a bank, money transmitter, or financial advisor. Recorded settlements reflect calculations entered by users and do not constitute actual banking transactions conducted by SavvyDivvy.

2. User Accounts & Security

To access the full features of SavvyDivvy, you must register an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Appropriate Use

You agree not to use SavvyDivvy for any unlawful purpose, fraud, harassment, or to knowingly record false or misleading debts against other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, visual designs, software code, and interfaces of SavvyDivvy are the exclusive property of Zunava Tech Solutions and protected under intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

SavvyDivvy is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for accuracy in OCR parsing and balance calculations, we make no warranties that calculations or OCR scans will be 100% error-free. You should always verify receipt scans before confirming transactions.
